To support them and our Bakery operations in Monroe, WI, we are seeking to add regular full-time positions as a Utility Worker to support business needs in production

What You’ll Do:
This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to operating packaging machines and decorating products within the Bakery
Food Quality and Food Safety are an important aspect to ensuring our customer expectations are met
This position involves hand combing enrobed products, weighing and recording products and working on a moving conveyor.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Ensuring there is enough product to be enrobed and decorated at each station
• Executing a variety of miscellaneous decorating or products
• Assisting in the training of Temporary and Regular employees
• Compliance with all food safety protocols; supporting FSSC 22000 Certification
• Compliance to our safety program and safe operation of equipment
• Compliance to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
• Cross train in our Cheese Operations/manufacturing area

What It Takes:
We need an individual who is self- motivated and can work independently while following procedures
In addition, we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail.
• Possess a high school education or equivalent or two years of relevant experience (we will train)
• The ability of following and executing directions regarding production runs
• Strong experience/knowledge of operating a wide range of machines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
