What You’ll Do:

As a Contact Center Assistant Supervisor, you’ll supervise and advise all Contact Center Representatives and other personnel as directed by Contact Center Management. It is your responsibility to ensure a high quality of internal and external customer service.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Monitoring Contact Center Representatives performance through observation, individual PBM reports, and proper performance notification guidelines
• Assigning work flow to Contact Center Representatives and/or Leads
• Understanding and making use of Company operational systems (ACD, PORTAL, scheduling, etc.)
• Performing or recommending proper disciplinary action regarding individual employees within your work unit
• Answering all questions related to Company catalogs
• Reporting unusual problems or concerns regarding customer inquiries to the supervisor


What It Takes:

We need a someone with professional level communication skills who thrives on leadership and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will possess above average organization skills and be able to perform work accurately and in a timely matter.
In addition, we are looking for:
• A high school education or equivalent and 3-4 years of experience as a SC Contact Center Representative
• Ability to apply elementary math functions, read, write, and speak English clearly and articulately
• Knowledge of supervisory procedures and concepts
• Ability to give clear, concise instructions
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality regarding employee and customer information
