What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Supervisor, you’ll share responsibility for ensuring that the Outlet Store runs effectively on all fronts and bring your strong customer service skills to every interaction. Your days will vary so the role requires the adaptability to do everything from selecting, ordering and pricing products to keeping the shelves stocked and looking sharp to ultimately help create a flexible and welcoming shopping environment.
You’ll have ownership of day-to-day decisions and your work while maintaining alignment with store goals and leadership expectations. As a leader, you will support staff with clear communication, training, and expectations. With your organized mindset, you’ll help keep the store fresh, safe, and well stocked.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Clearly and productively communicating with cross-functional internal partners, external vendors, employees, and customers
• Training, guiding, and supervising temporary staff
• Maintaining proper product rotation
• Verifying incoming shipments against invoices and reporting any discrepancies
• Supporting semi-annual inventory counts
• Assisting truck drivers with unloading deliveries and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling
• Keeping all work areas, including stockrooms, coolers, and the store, clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
