Join our dynamic team at IMS, where we are dedicated to providing top-notch list management services to our clients! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to help us streamline our acquisition processes and ensure the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• List Rental File Management: Receive and convert list rental files from various sources and coordinate with the IMS List Services department to resolve issues.
• Data Processing and Verification: Convert list rentals using Enterprise Designer software and verify processed lists with Power BI reports.
• Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation on List Management PC software and evaluate and initiate system/process changes in coordination with Systems and Programming personnel.
• Account Review and Data Overlay: Coordinate and execute processing, including for outside clients.
