Career Exploration Program (for Students)

Want to learn about the different career opportunities available at Colony Brands AND earn a $500 scholarship? Our Career Exploration Program could be for you!

This program will give 16 students the opportunity to explore different careers within our company while working at a great paying summer job (June through August).

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
• Students will work in a primary/home department (Production or Bakery) four days per week.
• One day per week will be spent learning about departments across the company such as Human Resources, Community Relations, Benefits, Marketing, Creative Marketing Services, Accounting, Purchasing, Internet/E-Commerce, and Inventory Management (these are known as Exploration Days).
• Students will job shadow employees in different departments to gain a better understanding of that department and the jobs associated with that field.
• The program will run from June 5, 2024 to August 7, 2024.
• This program is open to both high school and college students who are at least 16 years of age.
• Upon completion of the program, you will receive a $500 scholarship to the school of your choice (please note you must attend 8 of the 10 Exploration Days to be eligible for the scholarship).

HOW TO APPLY:
• Submit your application via our Careers Site. Once you’ve done this, you will be sent further instructions regarding the Career Exploration Program Application, interview, and other next steps.

Applications and interviews must be completed prior to Monday, April 15, 2024.
