To build on that success and support future growth, we are seeking a collaborative, proactive Sourcing Associate with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:
As a Sourcing Associate within a category team of the Home or Apparel divisions, you’ll be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring products for multiple brands that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns
You’ll partner with Category Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet and adapt to the goals of the organization
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Evaluating and cultivating vendor relationships
• Facilitating product development and sample management
• Cross-functional support to Production, Inventory & Planning to ensure on-time delivery of product
