What You'll Do:
As a Quality Assurance Technologist, you will be Responsible for overseeing the technical elements across all non-food divisions, focusing on Quality Assurance
You'll also be responsible for:
- Developing product specifications utilizing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Analyzing customer feedback, and addressing quality or reliability issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Utilizing regulatory guidelines, customer complaints, and product return data to establish and maintain corporate quality standards
- Ensuring non-food products are both safe and fit for purpose
