We are seeking a detail-oriented Alternative Media Services Coordinator with exceptional communication and organizational skills
If you’re the person that others count on to keep a million things organized – this could be the position for you!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll serve as the liaison between IMS, vendors, clients, and multiple internal teams to coordinate numerous programs and projects specific to Insert Programs and media services
While we need you to take ownership of your assigned tasks and work autonomously to complete many of them, you’ll also need to proactively share updates and collaborate with colleagues and vendors to achieve our shared goals.
As the Alternative Media Services Coordinator, you’ll also be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with vendors, brokers, and internal teams including marketing services, printing, data centers, analytics
• Managing Insert Programs for blow-ins, packages, statements, etc.
• Recommending solutions to clients and vendors based on budget, schedule availability, production capacity, etc.
• Tracking metrics for fill rates, productivity, mailer profitability, usage, and more
• Creating projections and managing mailing schedules and processes
