The Operations Internship will begin in May and end in December 2025.
As an Operations Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with Supervisors and Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products and gifts through our facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality and efficiency across the department. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating Daily Warehouse Functions: Work alongside Supervisors to manage daily operations.
• Training Temporary Employees: Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Researching Efficiency Improvements: Evaluate current operations and explore new strategies for increased efficiency.
• Updating Operational Procedures: Review and refine procedures to optimize the production environment.
• Communicating Progress: Keep Supervisors informed about the status of ongoing work throughout your shift.
