Join Colony Brands as a Quality Assurance Technician! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure our product specifications are accurate and reliable for our customers
This role offers the opportunity to positively impact the customer experience and some remote work flexibility – in addition to many other great benefits!
What You’ll Do:
As a QA Technician, you will focus on the technical aspects of quality assurance within our business
Successful candidates will ensure all federal, state, and corporate quality standards are met, evaluate products, handle complaints, and ensure the reliability of our offerings
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Assisting in the preparation and documentation of product specifications
• Ensuring products meet government and corporate quality standards
• Reviewing products and ensuring compliance with regulations from agencies like CPSC, FDA, ASTM, FTC, UL, and more
• Proactively identifying potential product issues during the development phase
• Utilizing return data to pinpoint high-return items and determine root causes
• Collaborating with various departments such as Inventory, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production to resolve quality-related challenges
• Engaging in special projects related to product testing and compliance as assigned
• Assisting in training inbound inspection staff as needed
