Because we value team building and collaboration, this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, Monday-Friday.
SC Data Center, Inc. is an affiliate company of Colony Brands, one of the world’s largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. To support our growing business, we are seeking an experienced IT leader to lead a 5-8 member development team. The team is self-organized around the project work, supporting a complex Credit Product to deliver specified features and meet customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
As an IT Manager, your responsibility includes:
• Leading transformational projects for legacy-based systems into scalable, future ready solutions
• Actively supporting agile (Scrum) development methodologies for development projects
• Providing support and assistance to team members and scrum masters
• Working closely with the product owner to establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and organize the product back log.
• Keeping feature stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle
• Coordinating work that spans multiple teams
• Identifying and addressing opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Assisting direct reports with career growth and personal development
• Delivering projects on-time, on-budget and aligned with business objectives
