Inventory Record Control Supervisor

This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to driving inventory accuracy levels through Monroe Fulfillment, Bakery, and Cheese Operations facilities. Providing direct supervision and training of Inventory Record Control team. This position provides a bridge between the management and inventory record control employees of communication and knowledge.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate product inventory levels and accurate reporting of inventory
• Establishing and maintaining positive communications within all operations across the organization
• Initiating resolution regarding process inventory accuracy
What It Takes:
We need an individual who is self- motivated and can work independently while following procedures. In addition, we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability of following sequences with a high attention to detail
• Strong experience/knowledge of supervising a group of employees
• Exceptional communication skill
You’ll also be responsible for:
